Well, we have looked at improving things from 3 different aspects:

• Online Presentation – this has been enhanced to provide all response choices on the screen via radio buttons, thus doing away with the drop-down menus. As always, clients have the choice of either our standard questionnaire sets or your own.

• Full Administration Service – frequent users of any 360 degree feedback tool will know that this is the truly cumbersome part of the process! During a typical 13 day survey period, there are considerable demands on the Administrator – chasing raters, providing assistance where required and generally overseeing the whole process. We have now enhanced our service to include all administration. You can still maintain control by overseeing progress of the survey, but we will do everything required to ensure that each questionnaire is completed within an accurate and timely fashion.

• Price – following a detailed analysis of other 360 degree feedback providers, we know that our new, all inclusive price of £75 per participant is truly competitive!
