Most organisations have one or more individuals whose undeniable talents are marred by behavioural and personality issues. There is no patented 'process': our two qualifications are psychological training and a lot of experience.

Sustained harassment of any sort can inflict long-lasting damage to the individual and their ability to perform. We are able to provide support both to recipients and instigators within a positive framework of performance coaching.
